this summer feels real good.

my first one away from taylorville - and i have really loved how different it has been feeling. only me and lindsay in the apartment -- it's quiet, i really like it.

im working a lot - day care and bakery. not a lot of money, so i've been entertaining myself with reading books and scrounging $2 to get some coffee and hang out downtown.

weekends are for micah - and i usually head to springfield to see him play.

it feels good, this uncomplicated relationship, this uncomplicated life - just sitting back and soaking it in. lovely, lovely.

i've been reading chuck palahhniuk - really can't get enough. enjoying his way of poking at society - gets you thinking about the absurdity of some things.

i'd call this happy - i love all the things that fill my time... love where this attitude and where this summer is taking me.
